Daniel Oswald, J.D.

Personal Injury Attorney Daniel Oswald practices law in Utah litigating, mediating and arbitrating cases involving car accident, truck accidents, cycling accidents, negligent injury, and wrongful death.

Daniel received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees from Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah) in 1986 following his undergraduate work at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.

He started practicing law in Utah in 1988, focusing on construction litigation and surety, corporate, and business law. Later he served as an officer for both for-profit and non-profit corporations involved in the high-technology (software and hardware), real estate, language technology and services, research, education, and publishing industries – serving Fortune 100 companies, universities and the government.

Throughout his career, Daniel has created successful co-working relationships between leaders in business, law, government, and education.  This has resulted in solutions to wide-ranging problems, resolution of conflict, and often in positive, multi-disciplinary projects that have taken him throughout the America, Europe and the Middle East.

Daniel is an active member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Utah Association for Justice. He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as reading, music, sports, and travel.  He is fluent in several languages and is a dual citizen of the United States and Switzerland.
